The 2010 ROUSH Stage 3 is the ultimate performance Mustang. The 2010 Stage 3 shares the same internal engine mechanicals as the infamous ROUSH P51 Mustang. Completely rebuilt by hand at the ROUSH facility, this engine now features many forged and high strength components. At 15psi of boost, the 510 horsepower rating is quite conservative. Many owners report 600hp on dyno runs. The 4.6L engine is all aluminum which means it is much lighter than the 5.4L engine used in the Shelby GT500. This is truly a racing car in street clothes. All Stage 3 owners are cautioned to use this power carefully, as the vehicle can quickly get ahead of the driver.

Forged steel crankshaft, forged aluminum pistons, forged steel H-beam connecting rods, aluminum flywheel, upgraded clutch, ROUSH big brake package with 14" 2-piece rotors and 4-piston calipers, slotted rear rotors, and many more performance modifications.
