Ferrario Collision Repair Warranty

TEN YEAR PAINT PERFORMANCE WARRANTY*

Peeling or delamination of the topcoat and/or other layers of paint. • Cracking or checking. • Solvent blister, peeling, hazing, or excessive loss of pigmentation. • Loss of gloss caused by cracking, checking and hazing. • Any failure caused by refinish products which are in material or application.

TEN YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY*

Warranty against defective workmanship to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration. The Shop will, at its sole option, repair and re-paint any metalwork warranted hereby, or refund the amount paid for the subject area

PARTS

Parts used in repairs are warranted by their manufacturer or supplier with varying warranty periods. Labor and materials to replace defective parts will be provided at no charge for one year or the duration of the parts’ warranty whichever is less. Used or LKQ parts are warranted for 90 days.

STRIPES AND DECALS

One year warranty on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Hazing, chalking or loss of gloss caused by improper care, abrasive polishes • Damage caused by cleaning agents or pressure washing. • Deterioration caused by abuse, accidents, acid rain, chemical fallout or other acts of nature. • Accidents, scratches, chips or stone bruises. • Custom finishes, exotic finishes or any finish other than standard refinish products. • Finishes on vehicles used for commercial or competitive purposes. • Failures resulting from product misuse or abuse. • Repairs done over previously refinished areas unless stripped to bare metal. • Claims presented without proper guarantee documentation. • All claims and repairs must be done at the original repair shop.

*Workmanship warranty ten years or as long as you own your vehicle, whichever comes first
