I bought my car a year ago.  When does my plan start and end?

The 6yr/100k Plan benefits begin the day your vehicle was purchased at Ferrario, regardless of when the plan is purchased.
The 3yr and shorter plans begin the day your plan is purchased.

 
Can I buy the plan and get my oil changed the same day?

YES.  If you need an oil change today, you can purchase the plan and avoid paying separately for today's service cost.

 
Can I buy the plan and get a loaner car the same day?

YES.  Same day rental is available on the day you purchase the plan.  You can get your oil changed and a loaner car today by purchasing the plan.

 
Can I buy the plan and get Alternate Transportation Coverage the same day?

NO.  You must purchase the plan before your vehicle becomes inoperable.

 
What vehicles are eligible?

Most 2000 or newer cars and light trucks, of most makes, with less than 80,000 miles at the time of plan purchase.

 
What loaner car uses are excluded?

Ferrario loaner vehicles may not be used to transport people or products for hire, including postal delivery.  They may not be used on unpaved roads,
except to reach your home.

Ferrario loaner vehicles are available on a same-day needed basis, no need for an overnight repair.  An appointment is required to reserve a car.
Vehicle must be returned within 24 hours, with the same amount of fuel.
 

 
Can the plan be transferred?

YES.  If you sell your vehicle, the plan can be transferred to a second owner for a $50 transfer fee.
The plan cannot be transferred to a different vehicle.

 
Can the plan be cancelled?

NO.  The Ferrario 100K is not cancelable or refundable.

 
My car has been in an accident.  Can I use Alternative Transportation?

NO.  Alternative Transportation is provided for mechanical breakdowns, not body repair.
